Someone to watch your X tab with you.

You keep X open while you work. A small bird reads along, flags the posts worth a reply, and tells you why. You write the reply.

A sparrow perched on top of an old beige computer monitor glowing with amber terminal text, under a lamp at night.

# watch it work

A pretend timeline with made-up accounts. The bird, its flight and its note are drawn from the extension's own code.

Score chips are shown for the demo. On X you only see the bird and its note.

A small bird standing in front of a glowing amber terminal screen, close up.

The tab is always open. The good posts still scroll past.

I kept X open all day and skimmed it between other work. What I wanted was someone sitting next to me who knew what I care about, tapping the screen when a post was worth answering.

So I made a small bird to do the tapping. It points. I decide. I write the reply.

# how to read the bird

It flies on your tempo: every 6 seconds up to once an hour, every 3 minutes by default. With reduced motion on, the note just appears.

# set up in about a minute

  1. Add to Chrome. One click from the Chrome Web Store, on a desktop or laptop.

  2. Paste a key. Claude (Anthropic) or Grok (xAI). It stays in your browser.

  3. Say what to look for. Topics, people or styles, in your own words.

  4. Pick a colour and a tempo, then switch it on. The toolbar bird lights up.

# what it never does

corpus-bird --permissions
draft replies
never

You write every word, in X's own composer.

post · like · follow · click
never

It only points. It never scrolls on its own. The jump button scrolls only when you click it.

accounts · servers · analytics
none

The extension has none. Keys and settings stay in your browser, and post text goes straight from your browser to the provider you picked. This website counts visits, cookie-free.

billing
your key

Your provider bills your API account by usage. Not a subscription, and it does not touch any X or Grok plan.

Leave the tab open.
The bird keeps watch.
